Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Oak Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Charlotte presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
