Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
