Lumen Summit Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
