Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Cobalt Learning Group is an education provider in Buffalo serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
