Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Buffalo, NY)

Cedar Orchard Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
