Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Fox Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
