Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Boston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
