Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 221 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
