Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Vista Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
