Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Austin supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Austin. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
