Bluepeak Corner Property Management Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Grant reporting experience.
