Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Anchorage with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
