Fernwood Loom Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
