Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Birch Arts Center is an arts centre in Albuquerque with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
