Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Stone Arts Center is an arts centre in Albuquerque with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
