Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Timber Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Virginia Beach, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
