Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Vista Community Partners is a nonprofit in Virginia Beach supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
