Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
