Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Virginia Beach presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
