Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Virginia Beach, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
