Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Summit Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
