Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Quill Civic Services supports public agencies in Virginia Beach with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
