Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Birch Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
