Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Bright Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
