Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Cedar Arts Center is an arts centre in Toledo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
