Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Toledo area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
