Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Cross Civic Services works with county and city offices around Toledo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
