Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Quarry Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tampa presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
