Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tampa, FL)

Nova Harbor Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Tampa design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 323 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
