Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Tampa with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
