Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
