Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pike Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
