Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Pike Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Spokane, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
