Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Spokane. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
