Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Spokane serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
