Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Spokane, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
