Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Clear Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
