Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Field Community Partners is a Spokane charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
