Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
