Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Jose, CA)

Nova Wren Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in San Jose presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
