Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Ivory Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Jose. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
