Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Jose caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 307 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience.
