Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Jose. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
