Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Diego working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
