Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around San Diego. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
