Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
