Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Technologies runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Antonio area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
