Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Cobalt Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
