Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
