Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Cobalt Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Antonio supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
